Senior IT Manager

What will you be doing?
Looking for a leadership role in IT where your skills actually move the needle? As Senior Manager of IT, you’ll take charge of the systems that keep both office and warehouse teams running. From managing Microsoft Azure identity tools to leading support operations, you’ll make sure every employee has secure access, the right tools, and fast help when they need it.
You’ll guide strategy, lead IT support, and work closely with teams across the business — all while helping a fast-growing company scale smart and stay secure. It’s a hybrid role based in the Memphis, TN area, with flexibility to work from home and the chance to stay hands-on with tech that makes a real impact.
Who are you?
You’re a technical leader who loves turning complex problems into smooth processes. You’ve managed Azure AD and SSO like a pro, led IT teams that actually get things done, and know how to build secure systems that scale. You’re also a strong communicator — just as comfortable talking to warehouse staff as you are collaborating with engineers and HR.
You don’t mind jumping in when needed, whether that’s solving provisioning pain points, optimizing IT workflows, or showing up onsite to support local infrastructure.
What can you expect?
You’ll work in a hybrid setup — mostly remote, with occasional onsite time in Memphis to stay connected with operations. You’ll lead a small, capable team and have the freedom to shape how IT supports a business that’s growing fast. Your work will directly support thousands of users, and you’ll play a big part in modernizing internal systems.

What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructureer
- 2+ years in a leadership or senior management role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AD, SSO, and identity management
- Experience with service desk oversight and onboarding processes
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments (bonus if you’ve worked in logistics or manufacturing)
- Based near Memphis, TN or open to occasional travel there
- A team player who brings structure, clarity, and energy to the table
