What will you be doing?
Are you great with numbers and people? As an Automotive Finance Manager at Volkswagen of Orlando, you’ll help customers finalize their vehicle purchase by finding the right finance or insurance solution for their needs. You’ll handle loan approvals, work with lenders, and guide customers through their payment options — all while making the experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Who are you?
You’re confident, detail-oriented, and thrive in a sales-driven environment. You know how to build trust with customers and can clearly explain finance options. You’re also tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running. Experience in auto finance or sales? That’s a big plus.
What can you expect?
You’ll work on-site in Orlando, FL, with a high-energy team in a fast-paced showroom environment. Your day will include reviewing credit applications, submitting deals to lenders, presenting finance products, and making sure every deal is 100% compliant.

What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior F&I or automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with tech and finance toolses
- Goal-driven and organized under pressure
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be 18+ and pass background screening
