Looking for a remote job where you can really help people? As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you’ll be the friendly voice that supports customers with their health plans, claims, and questions. You’ll listen with empathy, resolve issues, and make sure each person feels heard, respected, and helped.
You’ll work full-time from home, using digital tools to deliver great service and support to people across the U.S.
You’re a good communicator who cares about others and knows how to stay calm under pressure. You enjoy solving problems and can multitask while keeping the customer’s needs first. You’re also comfortable with computers and ready to learn new systems.

You’ll receive paid, in-depth training (4–18 weeks depending on the team) to prepare you for success. You’ll work 40 hours per week and have a clear schedule, with the flexibility to grow your career over time. Hourly pay: $17.00–$31.30 based on experience
